GBV case worker
Working as a GBV Case Worker in district Mirpurkhas which i conduct Sessions on GBV cases and identicication of GBV Cases through out Community Leaders, Organization fied level employers. VRC and Staff members then Confidentical conduct meeting with GBV survivors than registered their Cases with consents, than Briefly share Refferal Pathway and make action plan for survivors and give services as per case need then reffer to relavent govt stakeholders.

The roles and responsibilities of GBV case worker
Provide support of survival centered case management services, including needs assessment, case plans, follow-up, referrals, and counseling. Develop and implement the individual case planning for women in case management. Ensure regular follow-up of the implementation of the case plan for each woman.
